This process can take sometime depending on blockchain network speeds and block times.
You will receive Bridged Echelon (bECH) on the blockchain that you bridge to from Echelon and on Echelon you will be using wECH for bridging.
You can convert 0x Metamask compatible addresses of Echelon to and from echelon1 bech32 addresses easily from: https://app.ech.network/converter (ECH is both Cosmos and EVM compatible once you have native ECH no more bridging is required)
What are the fees?
It is FREE to use the Echelon Bridge! The only fees you have are for the transactions themselves (gas). You must have the chains native token for gas fees on both sides when doing a bridge in any direction.
Ensure you have ECH/FTM/BNB for gas fees to bridge and also ensure you have FTM or BNB on the blockchain you are bridging to as it costs a gas fee on both sides!
What if I have an issue with the bridge?
If you have an issue with your bridge transaction please use the Bridge Tools at https://app.ech.network/tools, Input your transaction hash of your first bridge transaction while on the network you were bridging from, it will proceed the bridging process.
How long do I have to "fix" a bridge transaction?
You have an unlimited set amount of time to essentially "claim/redeem" a bridge transaction if initiated. The bridge works off pulling history of blocks for account transactions, these amount of blocks that can be polled vary per chain.
